The insert and delete buttons are so close on the keyboard, that it is very easy to delete a portion of an idea tree by mistake. Unless it happened to be saved, this could cause loss of substantial work. Suggest a hard-coded or optional confirmation dialogue to prevent such accidents.

Thanks for the comment, we will take into consideration your suggestion about the node deletion confirmation. However, currently mindomo has an operational Undo/Redo system, just as in any desktop application, in order to prevent such problems. For Undo, you can use the Ctrl+Alt+z shortcut key or click on the undo icon on the top-left side of the page. For Redo, you can use the Ctrl+Alt+y shortcut key or click on the redo icon on the top-left side of the page.
