Crouch
We can use our feets, legs and our arms for crouch and for rest our body.

We can use our feets, legs and ankle to do squat exercises.

I go to the gym and I do exercises on all fours that I can use my hands and my knees.

In some religions we can kneel to pray and we can use our knees and hands.

You can stoop down a little to do work on the land (terra). You can use our shoulders and heads to stoop down.

We can ben over your upper body over and then you pick something up or put something down. It´s hurt your back.

You can sit cross-legged on the floor. We use our legs, knee and ankle to sit cross legged.
Curl up in a ball
Some people curl up in a ball, when feeling sad or feeling depressed. You use your arms and hands to hug your legs.

You can lean over to talk to someone. You use your ankles and your head to lean over with someone.

We use our hands, head, elbow, arms, feet, legs and our body. We feet are up in the air.

You use your legs and arms. Your legs are apart and your arms are apart.
