TCO OF FISOL-9815-VAS Katsomo Account reset

OS:
Verify the customer is having existing MTV Katsomo+ Urheilu ja Netflix Perhe (activated).
Click on the Manage order.
Verify the product details displaying.
Verify the MTV Katsomo käyttäjätunnuksen palautus option is showing and click on it.
Verify the käyttäjätunnuksen palautus popup page is showing.
Verify the Peruuttaa & Palauta option is showing,
After clicking ""Restore"" you must activate your MTV Katsomo username again.
Click on “Enable Max” button to proceed in the activation of the user ID.
Verify the Account reset has been done successfully.
ALPHA:
Verify the Alpha is updated.
Verify the Install Base is updated.
MIT/UAD:
Verify the MIT/UAD is updated.

POINTS NOTED DOWN
For Bundle product, both are in new statuses, it is not possible to reset / reactivate

Netflix is not activated, but the Katsomo is activated, it is possible to reactivate

From OS: If we are trying to add new orders while the reactivation is In progress, it is not possible to place new orders from OS but we can make new orders from eshop / Selleri

Katsomo is new, the Netflix is activated (Then the reactivation is not possible) ( The reactivation button is available only if either MAX / Katsomo is activated)
