You can verify that your Identikey account is active by trying to log into CUConnect. If you get in then your Identikey username and password are working.
Can't yet be added as Instructor of Record?
If you cannot yet be added as an Instructor of Record, ask the administrator for the department to add you in Peoplesoft as a 'Person of Interest'. This will allow you to proceed with getting an Identikey username and password.
