Leadership

Throughout the course we have learned that good and bad leaders have different personalities. A good leader would be empathetic, kind, respectful.

The article which I have read, tells the reader on what a bad leader looks like and the characteristics of a bad leader. some of the characteristics were: too bossy, lack of empathy, and lack of humanity. by lack of humanity I refer to lack of caring and they don't show much respect to their followers.

I interpret good leaders in a different way others might. I think good leaders are people who lead his/her followers to success. Some of my leaders in my life would be my teachers. I appreciate my teachers a lot because when I'm confused about something in projects and assignments, they let me know exactly what I must finish to get a good grade.

During this course we have learned about many different leaders in our community. Some examples of everyday leaders would be teachers, principal and even yourself.

The article which I have read states that many leaders can be bad and that can help me realize whom to trust because a bad leader can lead you to misfortune. One example of a bad leader in your community would be a friend who is forcing you to do something which you or your parents don't want you to do.

In my past I had many friends who had lead me to misfortune such as bad grades. They did this by distracting me in class all the time so I could not focus on the task. Those group of friends never payed attention in class and they did not care about school. So bad leaders can be everywhere.

We having been learning in class all about many famous leaders such Barack Obama. He is famous because he had become the first african-american president in america.

The article I have read relates to famous leaders because soml famous leaders are good leaders but they do bad things such as kill people. An example of one of those evil leaders were Adolf hitler

A famous leader who inspires me would be Ghandi. To support this statement, Ghandi had fought for his country's independence and he never gave up. It is quite an honour to be born in the country which he fought for

This article can be very helpful because it helps the reader distinguish good and bad leaders which you might read about. Some traits this article talked about were: Fear of change and too bossy.

Throughout the course, we had learned that although bad leaders, can't lead well, but they might have a good ambition which they are leading for. They might not have the traits to be a good leader and the traits for people to acctually look up to that person. Some ways people become good leaders are by doing something impressive, like a speech or a performance

During grade 8 I was a part of a group project and we were all assigned roles. One person in our group was the leader who made the decisions of how we are going to conduct our project and where to begin. The leader in our group did not make the best decisions because we were not doing the task correctly. When we had attempted to give the person feedback, he was very unwilling to take the feedback.
