DTY Doctor assesses if a house call is needed (triage).

If yes, the DTY Doctor schedules a house call.

DTY Doctor assesses and treats the patient on site.

DTY Doctor follows up with patient to ensure resolution.

If no, DTY Doctor will refer preferred local hospital.

Out of town/away from Primary Care
