They have two sets of eyelids, one for blinking and the other for keeping the dust out!
A female emu is called a hen. A baby emu is called a chick.
They can live between ten and twenty years in the wild.
Once the eggs are laid its up to the male to sit on them for roughly eight weeks.
Emu's are the worlds 2nd largest bird!
