To act as a guide and facilitate the learning process

Provide students with hands-on activities

Have a mutual respect for each other

Learners curiosity must direct their learning

Constructivism framework, where students learn actively

Allow for situated learning to take place

Learn by doing, therefore, build connections in the learner's real world . I strongly agree with Dewey's (2005) work where he advocates, the child's interests and purposes are the most important things.

What do I believe thought leadership means :

being an expert

providing guidance

having a positive reputation

helping others with their knowledge and insight

Must be able to contribute to conversations happening in current affairs

Must have work published

Apply a variety of modes and methods in doing things: Be Multimodal

Tools we will need to be a thought leader:

Ways of carrying out teaching philosophy

When learning or teaching about world leaders Grade 4 Term 2 as an educator or lecturer I dress up as a world leader such as, Ghandi or Madiba and encourage my students to do the same.

I believe encouragement to wear a theme in context, for example in Math, wear the ishweshwe pattern to promote learning

I will allow and encourage group learning to take place

Use ClassDojo for interactive learning. I believe this application is a strong link in the relationship between the teacher, the student and the parent.
