Check whether the default radio button is selected
Check only one radio option from the group should be selected
Check proper label is provided for the radio button
Check selecting the radio option using mouse click
Checking Tab keyboard key can highlight the radio button and navigate to other radio options and select using arrow keys
Checking disabled radio button should not be editable
Check radio button is properly aligned
