motivated

I am a very motivated person no matter what and I'm always down to try / learn new things and no one every brings me down because I always wanna be on the top no matter what and I always try and find a way to get there.

I am very honest about everything and I always tell the truth and I'm a very trustworthy person. people always trust me with things because I always tell the truth and they know i'm honest all the time with them.

I see my myself as a very creative person, because i do things differently and more unique than others. and i'm very original and creative with everything I do especially art because when I draw I always do it different than others.

I always treat everyone with respect even if they don't respect me Ill still treat them with respect and my parents told me to respect people all the time even if you dont know them and i've been doing that because it makes people like me more.

i've always been a hard worker because I put my all into my work even if its not good i try my hardest all the time. and i'm always on time and always productive doing my work and I take notes even when there not needed.

i'm always kind to people and it makes people like me because you treat people how you want to be treated and because im kind to people it makes people kind to me as well that's why i have a lot of friends.

i am a very quiet person I just need to talk to the right people and if your someone that ive never talked to ill be very quiet around you because I don't know anything about you. and i'm trying to improve on talking/ creating a convo with people even if im not friends or don't know you at all.

loyal

i'm a very loyal person when it comes to people ill always be by your side even if we fight or something like that. for example if i'm in a group project with you I wont leave you even if our work isn't like others, ill just work past it and make it better with you and I wouldn't leave you to go by myself.

good sport

I never take anything to serious when it comes to sports/ games because win or lose I have the same energy and I treat everyone the same even if i'm upset. I never put anyone down I treat everyone the same if they do good or bad, that's the type of person I am.

basketball

basketball is important to me because that's
a sport I really enjoy and I've been playing pretty much my whole life and i'm trying to go to college to play basketball and hopefully make D1 and if I do that gives me a chance to make it to the nba.

school

school is important to me because you need education
to play basketball for example, you cant be failing all of your classes and try to go on the basketball team. and another reason why school is important, is because if basketball doesn't work out for me I will just try and get a job because i've passed everything in school and for some jobs you need to have a scalar or something like that.

i've learned that everyone has there own values and there special in different ways. and i've grown in my writing arenas because my writing has gotten a lot of better and the way i spell things and how I use it in a sentence.

some ways that I keep my stress levels low is by connecting with others. for example When you're stressed and irritable, your instinct may be to isolate yourself. Instead, reach out to family and friends and make social connections. Social contact is a good stress reliever because it can offer distraction, provide support and help you tolerate life's up and downs.

Exercise can refocus your mind on your body's movements, which can improve your mood and help the day's irritations fade away. Consider walking, jogging, gardening, housecleaning, biking, swimming, weightlifting or anything else that gets you active.
