Climate changes effects weather by making storms and other extreme weather events stronger because of the temperature being unnatural cause of global warming.
The greenhouse gas effects keeps the heat from the sun in the lower atmosphere which warms the earth. With humans releasing so much CO2 in the air, the CO2 being a greenhouse gas makes it trap more heat then it should be and warm the surface more then it naturally would.
As the temperature rises, ice caps melt and cause all of the frozen water to become apart of the sea. As more and more ice caps melt because of the rising temperature eventually entire places of land will be flooded and unlivable.

Animal health is not the only thing that is effected by climate change. Human health is effected with the more extreme weather events, higher heat, bad air pollution, water quality and other things all effecting human health.
Trees take in carbon from the atmosphere and converts it to oxygen. This is why deforestation is really bad as it helps stop global warming, but as we continue to deforest the the cleaning of the atmosphere is less effective.
Climate change has a major effect on ecosystems, especially with ocean ecosystems. A lot of CO2 emitted in the air and excess heat is absorbed by the ocean causing the temperature and acidity to rise. These things cause harm to marine animals, coral, and the oceans safety in general.
Agriculture contributes to 9% of CO2 emissions. This is because the process of farming releases lots of methane and nitrous oxide which are greenhouse gases. Since there is so much farming that goes on this becomes a problem and contributes to a lot.
