Just about submitted a response before deadline of 1200
GIL onboarded Fri 10th Sep pm, again much needed support provided by Sieska once on team
Support from Tarryn (C&P) was critical to completion of the bid, as pursuit lead I could not have completed it without that support
Access to and support from Paul Turton as an experienced associate was also a must
Getting GIL onboard immediately after Pursuit DRB. 5 days before bid was too late for them to lead the pursuit so had a resource (Sieska) supporting.
allocation of full time team to work on bid, including pursuit lead from get go
As pursuit lead, worked 70 hours on bid which pushed out any ability to do billable work. I will not get those hours back.
Currently no 'approach' material for client side partner to leverage. If we want to run for this sort of role in the future, need to create some usuable IP
Need to formalise how Research seats and fees should be incorporated within responses
