Customer must pay the tmnet streamyx bill before the due date to avoid the suspension of service. During this period, TMNet will continue to charge the customer for the monthly subscription fee (for more info, please click here). 7.) TMNet streamyx basic package is applicable to personal applicant only. 8.) 7 days auto account activation is applicable to tmnet streamyx without modem & tmnet streamyx in-A-box package. 9.) All tmnet streamyx customers will enjoy TM Net's broadband entertainment channel accessible via BlueHyppo.com. 10.) For customers who subscribe to tmnet streamyx Basic without modem package, the modem can be purchased at TMpoint (formerly known as Kedai Telekom) or contacting our service contractor. 11.) Modems will be provided for tmnet streamyx Enterprise and Corporate package.
