Accountabilities

Direct and control all internal operational employees to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.

Develop and maintain all necessary systems and procedures to ensure that company operations comply with all legal requirements and meet agreed operational standards.

Regularly review operations to ensure that this meets required standards and recommend changes where necessary. Analyse internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.

Develop and maintain the organisation’s structure and processes and provide effective management succession for all internal operations.

Maintain an effective working relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that there is effective co-ordination of all company activities in support of corporate objectives.

Act as the main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the college maintains its competitive position.

Provides mentoring to all employees, including management and motive them to meet organisational and sales goals.

Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organisational outcomes are met.

Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.

Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.

Develop and plan the Ofsted's III framework and play pivotal role at the time of inspection

Operational Duties

Oversee and ensure delivery of all the programmes, learner-assessor ratio is synced, and assessments are conducted timely.

Pull reports weekly and track the progress of the learners and assessors. Keep a close watch on learner’s progress via e-portfolio and assessors work to comply with our regulators.

Conduct one to-one sessions with Assessors and provide IQA support. Reports to be sent directly to the CEO weekly.

Control learner’s retention/success rates by supporting the learners in their learning journey.

Ensure that all the programmes and classes are conducted smoothly, classroom learning/remote

Ensure that progress reviews are carried out on a regular basis and recorded on PICS and learner folder for internal and external stakeholders. These tripartite reviews ought to establish clear links between ON and OFF-THE-JOB training. You will deal with Dental Nursing sector to start with.

Ensure that Off-the-job's are recorded on PICS and reported to ESFA monthly for Dental Nursing sector.

Oversee that all the business processes run smoothly and efficiently, you have resources and access to all the staff at the college

Where needed, you will actively take part in external visits from awarding organisations ensuring that the IQA mechanisms are effective and efficient

You will be responsible to oversee OneFile and monitor the progress of the learners and report any anomalies
