Compounds
A compound is where two elements are combined together into one whole thing
To break down compounds, a chemical change must occur.
Compounds can be broken down using chemical compositions such as heating, cooling, vapor, boiling.
Compounds in general differ from their element bases.
Major Differences: Compounds can be broken down into much simpler terms but elements cannot as they are the base of compounds
For Example, tap water as itself is a compound, (H20) but if you break it down, you get oxygen and hydrogen as the main elements
