Learn when to stop and know how and when it's time to recharge. The body needs time to relax to be able to function/recharge its batteries.

Time Management

To reduce stress there needs to be careful planning with time and how its used to its full advantage.

Eradicate procrastinating

Keep an eye on the clock and have quarter hour time slots to check if work is being completed

Planning

Plan things beforehand. Make realistic plans that stick alongside the time limit given. Poor planning means falling behind.

Write lists to have a physical idea of what needs to get done. Then set a planned time when those tasks can be completed.

Perfectionism

Stop aiming for perfect it doesn't exist

Physical

Notice when the symptoms of stress are showing and have a plan to alleviate.

Have a self care routine lined up and easy to access when these times occur.

Intrapersonal

Remember to say 'no'. Don't put too much on your plate .

Change up critical self talk and compliment instead

Stop having high expectations, it only puts on pressure and evidently allows the feeling of failure.

Behavioural

Notice the bad habits that occur when stress comes about

Have something to replace those bad habits that are more positive so that rerouting the habit's in the brain is easier to reach when a reward is at hand.
