Specific titles are good for production environment. In development there are too many unknowns to overlook increases in responsiveness and agility afforded by increased communication and idea exchange that results from all team members sharing the same goal and responsibility.Role based configuration works in the military and in production. Wherever the labour is heuristic, as opposed to algorithmic, and creativity is a job requirement, value based mindset produces the most efficient teams.
