Girls, boys and adolescents have the
right to live as a family.
The lack of resources may not be
considered a sufficient reason to separate
them from their family of origin or from
the relatives with whom they live, or cause
for the loss of parental authority.
Everyone has the right to freedom of
thought, conscience and religion; This right
includes the freedom to change your religion
or belief, as well as the freedom manifest your
religion or belief, individually or collectively, both
in public and in private, by teacing, practicing,
worship and observance.
It is the right of all human beings to be equal in
dignity, to be treate with respect and consideration,
and to participate on an equal basis in any area of economic, social political, cultural or civil life.
Everyone has the right to rest, recreation and enjoy free time for the proper development of their personality and will-being. The State will guarantee its promotion, encouragement in accordance with the laws on the matter.
In its article twenty five, the Declaration establishes
that everyone has the right to an adequate standard
of living thah assures them, as well as their family, health
and well-being, and especially food, clothing, housing,
medical assistance and the necessary social services.
Freedom of assembly must be aimed at the common good,
of the group, of society, without departing from morals and
good customs, not apart from the Constitution or the law, not danguerous for the health and tranquility of citizens.
It is the right that everyone has to use, enjoy and dispose of their assets in accordance with the law. Said right will be protected by the State, so that no one may be deprived, or disturbed in their property, except by virtue of a trial that complies with the essential formalities of the procedure.
