6. BE PATIENT

A PAUSE, EVEN A LONG PAUSE, DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THAT THE SPEAKER HAS FINISHED. BE PATIENT AND LET THE SPEAKER CONTINUE IN THEIR OWN TIME

7. AVOID PERSONAL PREJUDICE
