Try asking for max. EXTs from the projects received same day, or 1 day prior. Ext raised within 48Hrs have 70% approvals.
Avoid asking EXT for P0 & P1 as they are 90% rejected
Keep 10% of total capacity of Complex products/comp always. The moment you start absorbing last 10% of capacity, start raising extensions.
Legal content has a strict deadline, therefore the moment we receive it, check if we have the available capacity with 10% buffer capacity. If not then immediately drop email to LPO team about the best possible ETAs and other projects you have shifted to accommodate Legal Project delivery. if that is considered then raise the formal EXT for Legal project or other projects which are being shifted.
Backlog situations are worst. Nothing works except extra hrs of work and asking for extensions everyday with in 24hrs.
