Determine what your values and principles are, and compare them with that of the company’s. To feel comfortable and fit in with in the company is important. Don’t just focus on your professional goals.

Two decades ago, if you worked for large company, you would probably expect to be employed by them for your entire career. The company dictated your career path, advancing you as they saw fit.
