Online markets allow business's to connect to more people around the world as they go online. A popular example of this is Amazon, Amazon was an in person book businesses but as online markets took off, Amazon went online and became one of the biggest online markets worldwide.
Spread of Technology and Innovation
Countries around the world are connected to each other and are up to date with whatever is going around the world at this current time. Technology has improved so much that people are now able to work at home and attend meeting from there own house.
Industrialization^
As companies from foreign countries move to other countries and build their manufacturing plants, they impact the environment in a negative way. An example of this is Toyota moving their car plant to Ingersoll, Ontario, due to this the environment is impacted due to greenhouse gasses.
Exploitation^
Bangladesh is a key example of exploitation. Walmart demand rises and factories turn to exploitation. Workers get payed less and work longer hours. This impacts globalization in a negative way because as companies cross borders demands rise leading to exploitation.
Increased Competition
International companies have adjusted more than internal operations. once a company goes global, it opens up new revenue streams and increases availability to talent. These benefits cause the global marketplace to become competitive, due to the ease of going global due to services like international PEO. As globalization is normal for all companies, many of them are looking for the same foreign markets, which cause competition.
