1. One way to improve to have a healthy lifestyle is to take account for what type of food you are putting into your body. Minimize the amount of sugary food you put in your body.

2. Another way to achieve a healthier lifestyle is to stay active walking, working-out, hiking. Getting fresh air and sunlight can help you mentally and phisically.

A way to achieve a healthier lifestyle is to know what stresses you out, knowing how to build techniques to not let it affect you too harshly. Be able to strengthen yourself mentally and physically.

3 ways the hospital can help to motivate employees to pursue a healthier lifestyle

Having a gym within the hospital can help employees work on their physical selves, this also can have incentives. Going to gym said number of times could win a prize or a closer parking spot.

Employees can have access to classes inside hospital. Nutrition classes, stress management classes. And access to being able to talk with therapist. A week to week or month to month to go over stressors from the past month and talk about the approach for the coming month.

Providing daycare for employees with children, this is helpful because some employees are on call. This helps to minimize the stress of needing to find a babysitter. This eliminates a possible stresser,

If you are frequent caffeine user start minimizing your caffeine intake. Looking to healthier means to get you more of a boost in the morning or afternoons. Adding some salt to your water can help, tea with a healthier level of caffine.
