NEVER cook in high heat

NEVER use rice that less thyen a day old

NEVER cook without an adult

Heat rice in the microwave for 1 minute

Cut the spams into your desire size

Put oil in pain and heat over high heat

Put the heated rice into the pan and turn on meduim heat

Add the eggs

Add the frozen vegetables asnd spam

Prepare it into the bowl
