To enable guests to work on your diagrams using fully premium features, choose the sharing option 'Anyone with the link can edit'.
What is a Guest user?
A Guest user might be a member of your team or an external collaborator who accesses the diagram link and edits your diagram using all Mindomo premium features.
If the guest already has a free Mindomo account, the diagram you shared will not be counted as one of their 3 available diagrams.
If the guest doesn't have a Mindomo account, you give them access to your diagrams simply by enabling the 'Anyone with the link can edit' option and sharing them the diagram's link.
What does 5, 10 or 20 Guests mean?
This means that you can share your diagrams with an unlimited number of guests, and up to 5/10/15 guests (depending on the type of Professional package you choose) can work at the same time on the same diagram.
