My Teaching Philosophy

Teachers require to develop two fundamental aspects:

The second aspect: Teachers need to know how to teach. To teach effectively, educators need to use appropriate strategies, techniques, and resources to achieve meaningful learning in students

The first aspect: Teachers need to know the subject they teach. To achieve this knowledge, educators need much study and bibliographic review

In addition to all this, I also consider important

• To create evaluation rubrics to inform students about how to do the activities.

• To evaluate knowledge in a formative way to provide immediate feedback and make necessary adjustments for summative assessment

• To examine our teaching practices through classroom observation in order to update methodological procedures and establish a reflection on the effect of our work on students

• To motivate students towards education by creating a favorable working environment.

• To use technology in the classroom as a resource to guide and facilitate teaching and learning.

• To encourage creativity in order to students develop tasks with enthusiasm.
