We humans are supposed to receive a certain amount of servings per food group a day. Depending on your age and health your servings may vary. Getting the servings will help keep a healthy body.

Energy Balance is important as it indicates weight gain or loss. You are supposed to have a certain number of calories to remain the same weight.
