Use the eventslisted page to get RSVP.In order to RSVP people need to leavetheir name and email.This is how you start a list.

BTR Recording

You can use this recording 2 ways:1. Email a link to all your RSVPs so they can listen again2. You can create a blog post to recapping the show and adding a link or embedding it.

This is the conversation starter.From this post you should have a linkto your EL RSVP page. The RSVPpage will be for something free.In this example a FREE radio show.

New Email list

This new list is where you build your relationships.RESPECT your list.The first email you send should be a thank you for the RSVP and welcome. In this email you should also include a link to your BTR show.Also, let them know that you will be sending them a reminder the day of the show.____________The second email should be the day of the show as a reminder.____________Third email should be the day after the show with a link to the recording just incase they missed it._____________Fourth email could be a survey about what they thought of the show, and other relevant questions. you should get their name on the survey so you can identify the people in your list that are acive.______________Fifthe email could be sent to the people who actually filled out the survey linking them to the results of the survey and thanking them.These people can be segmented into a "more active" list.On this more active list you could email them your next blog post and ask for their input.You can also invite offer them a sneak peak at Simon's Book when the time is right (at least 2 cycles)The others should be segmented into a less active list and emailed in 2 weeks with your second recording letting them know what they missed.
