Physical Symptoms

For example if i was stressing about something like an assignment, then i might start showing behavioural symptoms of stress by showing being agressive. Then the stress would get to me emotionally by making it harder to sleep, resulting in fatigue which would make me really moody, which could then result in physical symptoms like headaches, low energy levels, and an increase in illness.

If left till the last minute, assignments will pile up and then at the very last minute i will be in a race against time to get them done, therefore stressing myself out!

When i work too much, i stress about not doing my assignments. So if i work less, i leave myself more time to do my assignments, which should mean less stress!

-Have regular sleep patterns-Give myself atleast 30 minutes of relaxation every day-Have short breaks between studying

-Talk to a family member or friend about everything stressing you out e.g. Assignments, study, work, problems with friends/family etc.

-Go for a long walk on my own: A chance to clear head and sort out problems

-Dont pig out on junk food because then you feel fat and stress about health and fitness
