We work with SAP and are looking for a better process documentation management system. We want to document processes in:

a. An efficient way:

Without a back and forth via email between the process owner and the managers that need to approve it.

b. A user friendly way:

To document not just to document but to ensure process documentation really serves as a reference guide for employees that have doubts on how to do their job.

c. Ensure integration:

The process should evolve together with other important documents in the firm such as the official role and responsabilities of a person that is part of the process.

Example: I document a process and indicate that the assistant buyer should do activity “X” but then the HR department tells me that the activity “X” was not part of his/hers roles of responsabilities for what he/she was hired for so we need to modify that document too. The same with KPI´s, I might measure the assistant buyer with 3 KPI´s and none include the new process he/she has been included in.
