Less stigma around drug use. Won't make someone seem like the "bad" guy. Meaning safer drug use if people are educated.

Overpopulation in prison wouldn't be such a large problem. Right now a little of 45% of inmates are in for a drug offense.

Could provide more employment opportunities since companies will still want sober employees and if more drugs being available then more facilities will open.

Could increase testing prices if testing becomes more accurate.

Encourage them to create more accurate testing.

More Hospitalizations

Inexperienced drug uses try new drug and don't know their safe limits.

Less hospitalizations

Education programs implemented in schools and other government educational programs provided by governments increased budget to teach safe drug use.

Education is provided on safe drug use. Also there won't be drugs that are laced if the government is controlling them and have accurate labels on what each one contains.
