Feeling like I need to do more to be safe

Realize that I am doing my best, journal how I am feeling and what I a doing to be safe

Stress about getting sick

Stay on medications and take every step necessary to stay safe

Not seeing family for the hoilday

Take lots of picture to share, journal about the holiday to look back at years from now, and call family to say i love you

Worrying about things closing down

Start slowing buying gifts and preparing

Needing to put money aside for gifts

Create a budget, and a plan to save money

Social Life

Worrying about losing loved ones

Exercise and write down how I feel

Missing my family

Facetime and talk to family once a week

Feeling isolated from friends

Call friends and talk about life

Stressing about having so many things to get done
