Romanticism pursues beauty

People spend more and more time chasing the fanciful and beautiful

Industry allows for more (and easier) money

Women have the opportunity for more lavish abodes than before

The Enlightenment brought about a human connection

Time together necessitated better places to spend their time

By steering toward human advancement, people worked together more to chase after this progress

Rococo Style grows in popularity

The 'salon' grows in populartiy
