Very bulky as a program - basically impossible to run at home

Possibly the best photo manipulation program, even over Photoshop

Simplistic image creation/manipulation

Versatile way of combining video/photo and sound editing tools into a single presentatation

Powerpoint

Great for collecting images together - Use in tandem with Aviary/photoshop?

More capabilities than Powerpoint, but harder to operate

Mindomo

Good for brainstorming, but unlikely to be used again

Obviously useful but limited

Audacity

Already have it and am experienced in its use.

Good for creating synchronized soundtracks to videos

Allows for extensive editing and manipulation of existing tracks

Jazzware

Any MIDI writing/reading program, Jazzware is the one I know

Allows existing songs to be played with when downloaded in MIDI form

Brilliant tool for online production/creation within the field of music
