Sooner than later there will be far more possible actions than can easily be done.This is a device to capture and review short, medium and long term goals.Milestones with prioritized projects and tasks can be managed here.So the challenge becomes how to turn the many possible plans into practical actions.One way to do this is to choose about 100 hours of work using 10 + 20 + 30 + 40 = 100.Then from that 100 hours choose 10 hours to focus on immediately.Track the time used on the 10 hours in a time management system or on paper on spreadsheet.One advantage of using a spreadsheet is that color codes can be used for each type action.Then looking at a day or week it is easy to notice how the time was spent by glancing at the colors.
