Presentation of our project to Consell Comarcal, companies choosen and Agència Catalana de Turisme
Evaluate the possible risks (economical, social etc)
Look for grants, investors and possible external financing.
Involvement and support from the City Council and the Generalitat
Make aware to local companies of the benefits being part in our project.

To commercialize all our companies choosen throught our website.
To promote our product properly

As a consequence, we will improve the promotion of the region

Offline promotion through brochures in the different Agència Catalana de Turisme tourist offices, and be present in some tourism events working together with La Segarra

Mobile marketing through sms, mobile apps, QR codes, online advertising or geolocation.

Email marketing campaigns (Once we have a "good" database.

To provide a website inclusding useful touristic information of the region.

Also the website will connect to our social media . (in Catalan, Spanish and English at least)

Website in four languages: Catalan, Spanish, English and French

We will use a blog to talk about things happening in the region: similar than "Time out" but one post a week

Updated information about the region ( weather, Top 5 tourist attractions)

To position La Segarra as a sustainable destination

All the activities chosen take into account the local business, and the name of our product has included the name of the region so people will connect these sustainable activities to the region.

To diversificate the touristic offer of la Segarra by creating new experiences in the region

We have visited the main tourist attractions of la Segarra (Castles), but we have find out different activities and facilities which can be possible to develop tourist experiences.

As a consequence, we will improve the positioning of the region
