Laws also ensure that people get the justice they deserve
For example: A victim can go to court to get the justice they want
Some laws can provide benefits
For example: if someone is injured on the job, healthcare e.t.c
Laws protect basic individual rights
They solve disputes in a peaceful manner
Ensures a peaceful society
Some laws can protect the government
Keeps everyone safe
Makes sure that people have regards for each other
Laws create fairness in society
People wouldn't know how to act without laws
People would live in fear if we did not have laws as the strongest people would be in charge
Keeps society well ordered
There would be chaos without them
Control peoples behaviour
Protect people from harm
