Positive change because it looks at goals that people set for themselves and what they do to achieve them (motivation)

humanism

Positive change because it emphasizes the uniqueness of individuals and the ability for people to choose their own qualities and attributes.

cultural materialism

positive change because it acknowledges the interdependence of different institutions in society

competition causes social imbalance

Negative change because in this case, power is more important than function of a structure or group

Requires a big motion in society to make a change in equality

Positive change because it is concerned with both equality and equity of both sexes
