People with the same energy levels can seek out other people

Allows for more productive use of time (studying or socialising)

Happy people bounce off happy people

Sad miserable emo kids can hang out with similar people

Easy to avoid PMSing/bad day people

No need to tip toe around people

Allows for less stressful days
