I compare my Officevibe results with my team (trend in time), with other teams internally, with my organization and externally.

I ping my colleagues/HR to align the message for consistency.

I have informal and spontaneous conversations with my team members.

I ask my team members to share feedback with me (feedback on me as a manager).

I use the Custom Polls feature in Officevibe.

I follow up on feedback I get through Officevibe.

I keep track of my one-on-one conversations in a document.

I track Personal Growth meetings notes in a document.

Execute (Perform, Transact, Administer)

We have group meetings as a team to discuss general team matters.

I present Officevibe results to my team members during the team meeting.

I reply to employee feedback on Officevibe.

I make sure everyone is comfortable expressing themselves during the team meetings.

Confirm (Validate, Prioritize & Decide)

I have management or HR meetings to discuss.

Prepare (Set up, Organize, Examine)

I have a Confluence page to hold topics to discuss on our meetings.

I create a document to prepare for my one-on-one discussions.

I create a Personal Growth document to keep track of PG discussions.

I ask people from outside our team for feedback.

I review Officevibe Metrics & Sub-metrics & Questions.

Locate (Gather information, access, retrieve)

I have spontaneous chats (coffee) with my team members.

I use personality tests.

I get feedback from other managers in my organization about my team.

I get feedback from our clients about my team.

I have informal conversations with members of my team.

I use Officevibe.

I have one-on-one meetings with members of my team.

Define (Plan, Select, Determine)

I plan my group meetings.

I plan my one-on-one meetings with members of my team.

I take into consideration how the person reached out to me.

I observe behaviours, actions or words of my team members.
