Positive

To achieve my goals makes me feel empowered.

I become ecstatic when I play or dance a lot.

When I go on a trip, I get excited.

I feel joyful when I am with my family.

I am always grateful to God for everything.

Negative

My family say I usually become grumpy for nothing.

I become frustraded when I cannot find something I lost.

When there is too much noise around, I get angry.

I get mad when someone awakes me up from my nap.

I feel disgusted when there is garbage on the floor.
