Patios and driveways and other utilities are installed

Many details are installed such as shingles, soffits, siding, etc

Decorative stone work, wood work, etc is installed

roofing and windows

Windows are centered/leveled before being installed

Roofing tiles and corner tiles are sealed and installed

Fascia boards and gutter are installed

Plywood sheathing and asphalt paper are installed

Trusses are approved and installed

"Bucks" are installed for basement windows

Rebar is bent/cut and connected to forms

Wall Forms were coated with release agent

Wall Forms are installed starting with corners

Plate is nailed into footing

Sewer waste pipes are installed

Wicking process begins adding more gravel

Drainage pipe is installed around perimeter

Gravel poured around Foundation

Second floor wall framing are installed in a similar manner but uses exterior sheathing as well

Subfloor (floor joists / I beams and top sheathing) is build and attached using joists hangers

Beams are installed into beam pockets and locked in by wooden wedges

Framer creates walls on the ground before being attached to foundation by anchor bolts

Once materials arrive, moisture barriers are installed before framework (where wood touches concrete)

Holedowns are used to bolt down walls to foundation

Concrete fills the inner wall forms, left to set

Steel bars are installed for strong/straight walls

After Inspection, metal ties are installed into the forms
