Decline of feudalism in Europe
100 year war
There was a warrior tht was a woman and her name was Joan of Arc, she lead a victory in a battle after she died because of the enemies her death helped to further motivate the french. Because of her there was a rise of nationalism in Europe
People started to fight for there kings instead for there feudal lord. Power and prestige of the french increased and introduction of new weapons changes the history of warfare.
New weapons were introduced and changed the style of warfare. For example the English long bow and the cannon.
The English long bow changed the style of warfare because it
great affect on the knights. That was not the only thing that affected the war. Another fact was that the long bow had good accuracy and it could take out other soldiers easily.
The introduction of cannon during the 100 year war made the need for castles useless. A fact about the cannon was that it wasn't a requirement to put cannon balls, when people ran out of cannon balls people put random stuff in there like silverware.
Kings no longer needed lords and
nobles to supply armies. So nobles had no longer
land but the king still had their own army.
Commoners had more power and importance because they became the kings army. So that meant that commoners had more rights.
The Plague/ Black death
The human activity that would have contributed
to the spread of the Plague is trade. The traders would get on a boat and so would the rats too cross the ocean.
Then after the fleas would feed on the rats blood and kill it.
Then the same thing the fleas would to the humans but with much grave damage.
this disease killed 1/3 of Europe and was spread
in Europe, Asia, and North Africa. The disease had
come from the Gobi desert.
The plague began in Central Asia (maybe china) spread through out china. Then India, near the East and killed more than half of the population of Europe.
The disease plague traveled 2 kilometers per day and was carried by infected rat or mice. This disease was caused by a bacteria. the bacteria was spread by the bite of an infected flea.

King John was a bad monarch,

taxed barons and nobles with out asking.

During the middle ages people were
convicted pf crimes trail by ORDEAL. Henry
II improved the politics by insisting a jury
formally accuse a person of serious crimes.
