Take notes
Use post it's or a mind map where you can gather random thoughts project, or non-project related
Stop forgetting ideas, write everything down
Do not disturb your workflow, take notes for later to do's
Find time for yourself
Organize and gather people to take a 30 to 60 minutes lunch break at noon
Allocate 5 minutes every hour in which you disconnect from your work and relax
Take short breakes when you find yourself blocked
Organize Workspace
Always prepare your workspace before you start working
Don't keep browser tabs open that don't have to do with your work
Try to have a minimum of papers on your desk
Delegate
Don't try to cover everything by yourself
Assign corect tasks to your colleagues
