Now I believe He's happily dating his girlfriend of 2 years and things are looking up

I searched up how to help friends with depression and found that I needed to support him so I did along with others.

It's always nice to receive support but giving support has been shown from research to give you a bigger mood boost

We encouraged him to get help at first he was unwilling, which i still don't understand why but eventually he got help for it.

I don't talk to him anymore however at the time we were good friends and it hurt me to see him like that but I didn't know how help him.

My friend suffered from depression in grade 7-present.

Be there, you don'r realize, but it'll mean the world to them.

Help them with not just their problems. go over homework with them do something together.
