I believe that this is a very crucial aspect in teaching students as it helps understand teachers the factors that pushes them to do better in school and other areas

Assessment of learning plays a very important role They should know the clear expectation and should be assessed by different methods to know how the students are progressing.

By giving them choices and options according to their needs.

Learner centerdness

For example: some students were more focused in computer labs so allowing them to do research and essay style writing I would allow them to use computers, where as other students who liked books were given library time to find what could help them.

Students need to feel that they are engaged in classroom so focusing on what they like and factors that push them really help in creating more progress with them

The students have different learning styles and they came from differnt back grounds.So keeping in mind we set goals for them.so that learning can take place.
