Adoption

At the beginning of the school, I was told that I may get adopted. I laughed a little.

A month into school, I was told that I have stay in the orphanage, which I was in the orphanage for two weeks.

Officially met up with my mom and one of my older sisters at the adoption agency in Kunming.

Stayed

I did 6th grade in the US.

Learning English on a computer at school. I got stuck on saying the 'th' sound.

Grade 1/Kindergarden

Last day of kindergarden, we all went outside to the open filed and took a pictures with the teachers.

I was only in first grade for a week, and then got send back to kindergarden because my teacher said that I wasn't ready to move on.

Grade 2

I was working on memorizing the multiplication table, but keep getting it wrong. My math teacher came and comforted me.

I scored a 99 on the Chinese and a 89 on the math test at the end of the school year. My Chinese teacher called me up so everyone can clap for me.

Grade 3

Fear

A police brought a baby to the orphanage and the workers just left the baby in a separate room. the other boy about my age and I went to the room to see the new baby. Instead we saw blood and the baby wasn't moving either. we scaremed and run. Later I find out that the mom got into a caraccident. no idea what happened to the baby.

Which could explain why I don't like to be alone at night. other similar experiences like this one also happened before Kindergartens, which has left a deep mark in me.

There was a family considering about adopting me. They only have a son, and they would like another child so their son wouldn't feel lonely.

I got to stay at their house for the weekend, but I never met the couple who was going to be my parents.

As a result, They decided not to adopt me.

School

I had to walk by myself to school on the third day of school, I was nervous because I don't know if I remembered all the turns I was supposed to make. Luckily I made it!
