Follow board policies and procedures

To fulfill duties outlines in Education Act, regulations, & policy documents

Relationships

Working closely with EA if needed

Attend meetings that relates to progress of student

Create a relationship with student to help build confidence and be able to find their strengths

Keep open communication with parents/guardians of student for progress

Work with educational staff and parents to create an IEP for the student & keep it up to date

Working closely with the Spec. Ed. teacher

Programing

Create goals the student will be able to feel successful with

Ensure the placement option is arranged, working well, and supports have been put in place

Implement strategies and focusing on student's strengths

Implement program outlined in IEP

Environment

create & establish a routine
