The 1920's was huge for sports. The NHL was created in 1917 which was a huge hook in Canada. Things like baseball, boxing and football also attracted big audiences.
Cinema became one of the most popular sources of entertainment in the 1920s. Movie theatres became popular in cities and towns across Canada. Initially, silent films were at best, then by the end of the decade, sound was introduced to them.
Fashion
There also started to be a mass production on these styles of clothing which made it more accessible to those who normally wouldn't be able to purchase these types of clothes.
Women embraced less "feminine" clothing during this time. Like shorter hem-lines, flapper dresses and bobbed hairstyles. Clothing was starting to become more functional for everyday use. Slim-fit suits and fedoras became very popular for men to wear and it gave them a sleek look.
Music
Advances in technology such as the radio and phonograph changed significantly how people listened music. This technology brought music into the everyday lives of Canadians.
Live bands became a huge source of entertainment during the 1920's as well. Musicians like Louis Armstrong influenced Canadian music. Their performances were very high-energy and vibrant. As amplification technology improved, bands were able to play for larger audiences.

Prohibitation
Prohibitation was a very hated thing because the people did not want the government to have so much control over them as they did.
During the first World War, the distribution of alcohol was strictly prohibited to stop crime and poverty. It had very mixed outcomes.

Traffic signals were invented in 1925. They significantly improved road safety but they were not very widespread at this point.

Indigenous peoples faced heavy discrimination and were forced to go to residential schools. Immigration policies became more restrictive.
