Thursday 20th May

Evening: dinner at traditional Scottish restaurant

Arrive: 5 p.m. Al taxis to Brachen Hotel

Leave: 3.30 p.m. Flight no. HG 658

Saturday 22nd May

Evening: Party

Morning: Conference starts 10 a.m.

Sunday 23rd May

Afternoon: 3 p.m. Helicopter flight to whisky distillery
